An expert career counsellor will be able to tell the personality, career interest, career motivators, learning style and the skills and abilities of the student. They will be able to analyse the career options based on the psychometric result if the student and explain to the student and parent why a career choice is suitable to the student or why it should be avoided. It it very important to know ourself well. In my career I have constantly try to figure out what do I want to do and what is suitable for me. Since secondary school time I have started to think hard on what I want to be in the future.
